These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Trackivo website and application. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Trackivo is a personal finance tracking tool based on accounts and transactions you record yourself. It does not connect to banks, execute payments or move real money.

Trackivo does not provide financial, tax, investment or legal advice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the infrastructure, reverse engineering the application, or using it for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the financial records you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store and process that data in order to operate the service for you.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim to provide reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features described as "coming soon", including any premium plan, are not commitments and may change or be withdrawn.

The features currently offered are provided free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and terms will be presented before any charge is made.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the records you enter and any figures derived from them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions made using the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules.
